    通过分析ABS液压调节系统的结构,研究了回油泵电机在ABS液压调节系统工作时所起的作用。搭建了ABS液压调节器的模型,设计了直流电机PI调节的闭环调速系统;在此基础上建立基于AMEsim与Simulink的ABS液压调节器的联合仿真模型,结合低压蓄能器排液需求,采用回油泵电机的分级调速控制策略进行仿真。仿真结果表明:电机目标转速能依据低压蓄能器的排液需求来给定,电机的实际转速能够很快地响应目标转速的变化,表明调速系统性能良好,转速误差处于很小的范围内;电机电枢电流不超过系统最大限制电流。所提策略能达到ABS系统运行时减小电机能耗、噪声以及抖动的目的。

    Abstract:

    The function of oil scavenger pump motor in ABS hydraulic regulating system was studied by analyzing structure of the ABS hydraulic regulating system. The model of ABS hydraulic regulator was built and the closedloop speed control system based on the DC motor PI regulation was designed. On this basis, the ABS hydraulic regulator model based on AMESim and Simulink co-simulation was established. Combined with the drainage demand of lowpressure accumulator, the grading speed regulation control strategy of oil scavenger motor was used for simulation. The simulation results show that the target speed of the motor can be given according to the discharge demand of the low-pressure accumulator, the actual speed of the motor can respond to the change of the target speed quickly, which indicates that the performance of the speed regulation system is good and the speed error is within a small range; the armature current of the motor does not exceed the maximum limited current of the system. The proposed strategy can be used to reduce the motor energy consumption, noise and brake pedal jitter when the ABS system is running.
