    摘要:

    RV减速器是工业机器人核心部件,为保证对其精度测量的准确性,研发了一种操作简单、能对数据进行准确采集与处理的采集系统。介绍了PCI-9222数据采集卡的特点,结合对RV减速器测试系统中数据采集系统的研究,针对RV减速器建立了数据采集系统,并采用VC++编程,实现了RV减速器扭矩数据的实时采集。该数据采集系统基于VC++编程、Access数据库技术,通过设置采集参数对RV减速器扭矩进行实时高速采集与存储。测试结果表明:该系统实现了准确高速的数据采集、处理与显示功能,保证了测试系统的测量精度,为RV减速器的检测分析提供了技术参考

    Abstract:

    RV reducer is the core part of industrial robots. In order to ensure the accuracy of its precision measurement, an acquisition system with simple operation and accurate data acquisition and processing was developed.The characteristics of PCI-9222 data acquisition card were introduced. Combined with the research of data acquisition system in RV gear reducer test system,the data acquisition system was established for the RV gear reducer, and VC++ programming was used to realize realtime torque data acquisition of the RV gear reducer.The data acquisition system can be used to collect and store the torque of RV reducer in real time by setting acquisition parameters based on VC++ programming and Access database technology. The test results show that the system achieves the functions of accurate and highspeed data acquisition, processing and display, which ensure the measurement accuracy of the test system, and provides a technical reference for the detection and analysis of RV gear reducer.
