With the continuous development of urban construction, the demand for high strength and low cost unfired brick has been increasing for road construction. The traditional production is unable to meet the needs. Therefore, it is necessary to develop production equipment that can adapt to large production and high quality. In this paper, an automatic extrusion molding scheme is proposed; the system design of molded hydraulic circuit for automatic production equipment of nonfired brick and calculation of selection of main components are built based on the system parameter design theory and the AMESim system simulation technology. The establishment of the system loop simulation model is based on AMESim’s hydraulic component design (HCD) library to analyze the motion characteristics and flow characteristics of each loop system and to verify the rationality of the system design.
