    摘要:

    活塞往复式压缩机是石化行业的关键设备,通常采用旁路回流的方式进行气量调节,能耗很大。本文基于无级调节系统对其进行节能改造,论述了气量调节的原理,阐明了利用部分行程顶开进气阀实现气量无级调节的工艺流程。以西门子S7200 SMART PLC为下位机,SMART 1000 IE触摸屏为上位机,通过PROFIBUS总线采集温度和压力传感器信号,利用串级PID算法开发了调节程序,实现了气量在进气阀0~100%开度的连续调节。经企业实际应用,气量调节精度高,节能降耗效果明显。

    Abstract:

    Piston reciprocating compressors are the key to the petroleum and chemical industry. They normally control air flow with bypass return flow but have disadvantage of high energy consumption. Based on their energy saving reconstruction with stepless regulation system, this paper explains how air flow is regulated and how pressingoff inlet valve in partial stroke is used to control the flow. The system uses S7200 SMART PLC as slave machine and SMART 1000 IE touch screen as master one. It has signals from temperature and pressure sensors collected via PROFIBUS bus. Together with control program developed by sequential PID algorithm, air flow could be continuously controlled by an inlet valve with open range from 0 to 100%. Through the industrial application, this system shows its precise control over air flow and its considerable reduction in energy consumption.
