    摘要:

    通过对所研制的矿用精密水过滤器实验台进行过滤实验,研究絮凝剂和助凝剂投加量对原水浊度的去除效果。对比分析纤维球滤料、彗星式纤维滤料以及新型彗星式纤维滤料的过滤效果,同时研究过滤器运行压力、过滤速度对出水水质的影响特性,讨论进水浊度及滤层高度对压力损失的影响规律。结果表明:絮凝剂和助凝剂的投加量分别为5、1 mg/L〖JP〗时絮凝效果最好,原水浊度去除率最高;新型彗星式纤维过滤材料过滤效果最佳;过滤器在压力为0.2~0.6 MPa、滤速为38 m/h时滤床形成较快、出水水质稳定且浊度小于1 NTU;进水浊度增大时,滤床压力损失随时间的增长而加快,导致过滤周期变短;压力损失随滤层高度的增加而减小。实验所得参数为矿用水处理设备的研制和技术推广提供了依据

    Abstract:

    The removal effect of flocculant and coagulant aid on raw water turbidity was studied by conducting filtration experiment on the developed mine precision water filter. The filtration effects of fiber ball filter material, comet type fiber filter material and new comet type fiber filter material were compared and analyzed, the influence characteristics of operating pressure and filtration speed of the filter on the effluent water quality were studied, and the influence rules of influent water turbidity and filter height on the pressure loss were discussed.The results show that the flocculation effect is the best and the raw water turbidity removal rate is the highest when the flocculant and coagulant aid dosage of 5 mg/L and 1 mg/L respectively; the new comet type fiber filter material has the best filtering effect;when the filter pressure is 0.2~0.6 MPa and the filtration speed is 38 m/h, the filter bed is formed quickly, the effluent water quality is stable and the turbidity is less than 1NTU;the pressure loss of the filter bed increases with the time when the inlet water turbidity increases, which leads to shorter filtration cycle; the pressure loss decreases with the increase of filter height.The experimental results provide a basis for the development and technical popularization of the mine water treatment equipment
