    摘要:

    将工业机器人技术、视觉传感器技术、PLC控制技术、Profibus-DP、modbus工业网络技术有效结合,开发智能识别算法,提高视觉传感器识别率,完成了传统汽车企业的汽车离合器压盘装配生产线的改造,改造后的生产线由机械手与自动工装取放工件,能完成成品瑕疵检验、装配、自动存储、自动打标等工序。实际应用表明:改造后的生产线能够较好解决人工检测中检测效率较低、误检率大等问题,具有较高的可靠性和实用性。

    Abstract:

    Intelligent recognition algorithm was developed by combining industrial robot technology, vision sensor technology, PLC control technology, Profibus-DP and modbus industrial network technology,which can improve the recognition rate of the vision sensor.The transformation of the assembly line of the clutch pressure plate of traditional automobile enterprises was completed by the the intelligent recognition algorithm.The improved production line can complete the finished product defect inspection, assembly, automatic storage, automatic marking and other processes, through the manipulator and automatic tooling to pick up and put down workpieces. The practical application shows that the improved production line can better solve the problems of low detection efficiency and high error detection rate in manual detection, and has higher reliability and practicability.
