    摘要:

    水电阀门大量使用在管道领域中,使用无线远程遥控可方便对水电阀门进行集中管理,减少劳动强度。介绍一种能够实现互联网无线控制的“无人值守式”水电阀门液压系统。通过采用局域网控制器PLC加装远程控制模块,将数据导入到网络云服务器,最后利用手机或者上位机客户端采集和更改云服务器中的数据,实现对水电阀门液压系统的无线远程控制。为了实现设备无人值守,该系统还能够对工作人员自动进行短信和来电报警而无须通过互联网。按照上述方式制作样机并验证了水电阀门液压系统可以完成相关功能且可大量应用于市场。

    Abstract:

    Hydroelectric valves are widely used in pipeline field. Centralized management of hydroelectric valves can be easily achieved by using wireless remote control which can decrease intensity of labor.An unmanned hydraulic system which could be wireless controlled by the internet was introduced. By installing remote module on PLC controller that connected in local area network and transferred data to the network server,mobile phone or computer could be used to get and change the data from the internet in order to wireless remote control the hydraulic system of hydroelectric valve. This system also could send alarm message to the staff by phone and SMS automatically for unattended operation.By the above way,prototype machine and experiment were made,by which every required function of the system was realized and it could be applied to the market.
