Abstract:Taking the contact mechanical seal ring as the research object,the whole heat transfer model of the seal ring was established,the temperature distribution of the friction pair and the deformation of the friction pair under different working conditions were obtained through the heatstructure coupling simulation and numerical calculation.The results show that both the maximum temperature and the maximum heat flux of the sealing ring are concentrated in the inner diameter of the sealing ring near the friction pair;when the specific pressure of seal medium and spring increases,the closing force of the friction pair increases and the contact of microconvex body increases,which makes the deformation of friction pair increase;with the increase of rotational speed,the end face of the friction pair is gradually opened,and the effect of micro convex body on the opening force decreases,which makes the deformation of friction pair decrease.
