The characteristics of EOS equipment and the technological process of nylon sintering were introduced. It is suggested that the workpiece 3D data model should be modified before sintering; according to the characteristics of the equipment and the use requirement, the workpiece should be make a reasonable layout; appropriate EOS parameter set should be selected for slicing in the case of customer demand; different laser scanning methods should be used to process the parts with different shapes. This process has certain reference significance for users who use SLS equipment for nylon sintering, especially those who use EOS nylon sintering equipment.
