Abstract:Aiming at the problems of single function and difficulty in secondary development of existing pumpcontrolled motor experimental system, a pumpcontrolled motor electrohydraulic proportional speed regulation experimental system was developed based on virtual instrument. The pumpcontrolled motor electrohydraulic proportional speed regulating hydraulic system was designed, the system parameters were matched, the measurement and control system was designed based on virtual instrument, and finally the experimental system was developed. The experimental system has comprehensive functions, friendly interface and is easy to be redeveloped. Openloop and closedloop speed regulation experiments of pumpcontrolled motors can be carried out by it.It effectively promotes the application of electrohydraulic proportional control technology and personnel training.
