    摘要:

    针对现有泵控马达实验系统功能单一、不易二次开发等问题,开发了基于虚拟仪器的泵控马达电液比例调速实验系统。设计了泵控马达电液比例调速液压系统,匹配了系统参数,设计了基于虚拟仪器的测控系统,最后研制了该实验系统。该实验系统功能全面,界面友好,且易于二次开发,可开展泵控马达开环及闭环调速特性实验研究,有力地促进了电液比例控制技术的应用及人才培养。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of single function and difficulty in secondary development of existing pumpcontrolled motor experimental system, a pumpcontrolled motor electrohydraulic proportional speed regulation experimental system was developed based on virtual instrument. The pumpcontrolled motor electrohydraulic proportional speed regulating hydraulic system was designed, the system parameters were matched, the measurement and control system was designed based on virtual instrument, and finally the experimental system was developed. The experimental system has comprehensive functions, friendly interface and is easy to be redeveloped. Openloop and closedloop speed regulation experiments of pumpcontrolled motors can be carried out by it.It effectively promotes the application of electrohydraulic proportional control technology and personnel training.
