    摘要:

    现有支架换向阀仅可完成支架供液“通”与“断”的开关型控制功能,为解决由此诱发的支架液压系统内压力冲击剧烈问题,提出在主阀芯布置三角形非全周开口节流槽的换向阀改进设计方案。推导出三角形阀口节流面积计算公式,基于AMESim软件搭建了阀芯带有三角形节流槽的液压换向阀模型,进行了原始换向阀与改进换向阀工作性能的对比研究。仿真结果表明:主阀芯增设三角形节流槽后实现了换向阀阀口过流面积的变梯度分段增大,即在阀芯开度小于8 mm时,阀口通流面积平均梯度为5.5 mm2/mm,在阀芯开度大于8 mm时,这一梯度数值增大至92 mm2/mm;阀口通流流量与阀口工作压力同样可实现分段变梯度增大,由此可实现后续液压执行机构的平稳启动,并有效缓解液压系统内的压力冲击。该方法可为液压支架大流量换向阀比例化改进设计提供参考

    Abstract:

    The existing support directional valve can only complete the switch control function of “On/Off” of support fluid supply. In order to solve the problem of severe pressure impact in the support hydraulic system caused by this, an improved design scheme of the directional valve with triangular non-circumferential opening throttling groove in the main spool was proposed.The calculation formula of the throttling area of the triangular valve orifice was obtained.A hydraulic directional valve model of the main spool with triangular groove was built based on AMESim,and a comparative study on the performance of the original valve and the improved valve was conducted.The results show that after the addition of a triangular throttling groove in the main spool, the variational gradient of the flow area of the valve orifice is segmented to increase, that is, when the spool opening is less than 8 mm, the average gradient of the flow area of the valve orifice is 5.5 mm2/mm; when the spool opening is more than 8 mm, the gradient increases to 92 mm2/mm; the flow rate though the valve orifice and the working pressure at the valve orifice can also achieve the graded gradient increase, so the smooth start of the hydraulic actuator can be realized and the pressure impact in the hydraulic system could be effectively alleviated. The method provides reference for the design improvement of large flow proportional directional valve of hydraulic support
