    摘要:

    在类似于洪灾、地震的灾难场景中, 不仅基础设施处于支离破碎状态, 受灾群众也处于危急状态。在这种场景中, 无人机能作为给灾难场景补给资源的有效设备。通过安装通信设备,如基于长期演进的基站, UAV能够向受灾群众提供数据传输链路。确保通信可靠以及控制时延是应急响应的关键,但由于灾害影响,部分通信设备的电能无法补给。为此, 基于UAVs的通信框架, 提出新的上行链路调度方案,称为危急感调度,即CAS策略。CAS策略充分考虑了用户的位置、设备电能以及用户的通信链路质量,并依据这些信息优化资源分配,优先给危难用户分配资源。仿真数据表明:所提出的CAS策略提高了危难用户的体验质量

    Abstract:

    In disaster scenarios like floods and earthquakes, not only the infrastructure is in a shattered state, but also victims are in critical situations. In such scenarios, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) can be used as effective equipment to resupply resources for disaster scenarios. By installing communication infrastructure, such as a NodeB(eNB) based on Long Term Evolution(LTE), UAV is able to provide a data transmission link for victims. Ensuring communication reliability and controlling delay are the keys of emergency response, but due to the impact of disasters, some communication infrastructures can not be replenished with electricity. A new uplink scheduling scheme called Critical Awareness Scheduling(CAS) was proposed based on the communication framework with UAVs. In the CAS strategy, the location of users, equipment power and communication link quality of users were fully considered, and resource allocation was optimized based on these information, so that the victims were given priority in the allocation of resources.The simulation results show that using proposed CAS strategy, the Quality of Experience (QoE) of victims is improved
