    摘要:

    针对柔性微夹持器中柔性铰链在工作中受到交变应力作用导致屈曲的问题,以圆形切口柔性铰链为例,对其施加载荷后进行受力分析,推导出临界力的计算公式。通过Ansys Workbench17.0对铰链进行有限元屈曲分析,取第一阶屈曲模态,与利用推导公式得到的临界力进行对比,误差为0.23%,验证了公式的准确性。引入正交试验设计,找出影响临界力的可控因子和噪声因子并对其进行正交试验设计。采用权重分析法,定量分析参数对临界力的影响程度。研究结果表明各个参数对临界力变化的作用所占的权重不一样,为铰链设计提供了理论基础

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the buckling problem of the flexure hinge in flexible microgripper caused by alternating stress, the circular notch flexure hinge was taken as an example for force analysis under the working load, and the calculation formula of the critical force was derived. The finite element buckling analysis of the hinge was performed by using Ansys Workbench 17.0, the firstorder buckling mode was obtained, and compared with the critical force obtained by using the derived formula, the error was 0.23%. The accuracy of the formula was verified. Orthogonal experimental design was introduced to find out the controllable factors and noise factors affecting the critical force, and the orthogonal experimental design was carried out. The weight analysis method was used to quantitatively analyze the influence degree of parameters on the critical force. The results show that the weight of each parameter on the change of critical force is different, which provides a theoretical basis for hinge design.
