    研究了高温合金 GH4169 铣削加工过程中刀具的振动特性。通过铣削加工单因素试验,用加速度传感器对振动信号进行测量,研究其变化规律。对比同一组参数下振动与切削力之间的关系,研究结果表明:在x方向上的振幅总体比方向的振幅小,振动幅度随着切削速度的逐渐增加呈现先减小后增大的变化趋势;随着进给速度的增大,振动幅度逐渐减小;随着轴向切深的增加,振动幅度逐渐增大;当切削速度vc为40.09~206.49 m/min,进给速度vf为 80 mm/min、轴向切深ap小于0.797 mm时,满足表面粗糙度Ra小于2.5 μm的精度要求。研究结果为GH4169铣削参数的合理选择提供了参考依据。

    Abstract:

    The vibration characteristics of cutting tools during superalloy GH4169 milling were studied. Through the single factor test of milling process, the vibration signal was measured by using the acceleration sensor, and the law of the vibration signal was studied. The relationship between vibration and cutting force under the same set of parameters was compared. The results show that the amplitude in the x direction is generally smaller than that in the y direction, and the vibration amplitude decreases first and then increases with the gradual increase of the cutting speed. The vibration amplitude gradually decreases with the increase of the feed velocity; the vibration amplitude gradually increases with the increase of the axial tangential depth. When the cutting speed vc is within 40.09~206.49 m/min, the feed speed vf is 80 mm/min, and the axial cutting depth ap is less than 0.797 mm, the accuracy requirement of surface roughness Ra less than 2.5 μm is satisfied. The results provide a reference for the reasonable selection of GH4169 milling parameters.
