    摘要:

    针对交流伺服系统的综合性能难以定量评估的问题,提出一种基于和声搜索算法与模糊层次分析法的交流伺服系统综合性能评估方法。根据交流伺服系统控制性能与电机本体设计两方面的指标,采用模糊层次分析法,构造模糊判断矩阵;将模糊判断矩阵的一致性检验与元素值修正难题转化为非线性约束问题,并利用和声搜索算法求解,得到交流伺服系统综合性能指标权重值;采用模糊逻辑将不同量纲的性能指标值进行归一化,并通过对归一化后的性能指标值进行加权计算,定量评估交流伺服系统综合性能;采用MATLAB仿真,将定性问题用统一的标准模型进行定量评估。结果表明,所提出算法能对交流伺服系统进行定量的综合性能评估。

    Abstract:

    A comprehensive performance evaluation method based on harmony search algorithm and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was proposed for the problem that the comprehensive performance of AC servo system is difficult to be quantitatively evaluated. According to the control performance of AC servo system and the design of motor body of AC servo system, a fuzzy judgment matrix was constructed by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). The problems of consistency checking and element value correction of the fuzzy judgment matrix were transformed into a nonlinear constraint problem, and the harmonic search algorithm was used to solve the problem and to obtain the weight value of the comprehensive performance index of the AC servo system. Then, the performance index values of different dimensions were normalized using fuzzy logic, and the comprehensive performance of AC servo system was quantitatively evaluated by weighting the normalized performance index values. Finally, MATLAB simulation was adopted to quantitatively evaluate the qualitative problems with a unified standard model. The results show that the proposed algorithm can be used to quantitatively evaluate the comprehensive performance of AC servo system.
