    摘要:

    高速角接触球轴承在高速运转条件下生热主要是由于滚子与滚道相互摩擦引起的,其中转速、载荷、材料和润滑状态等都是主要的影响因素。根据滚动轴承生热计算模型,基于MATLAB计算平台对航天器高速角接触球轴承B7005进行生热计算。另外,基于ANSYS有限元分析平台对轴承进行温度场仿真分析。最后比较两种方法的结果,分析表明,理论计算与有限元分析结果接近,验证了所介绍的温度场仿真分析方法具有较高的可靠性,也是热-结构耦合分析和寿命分析的重要基础。

    Abstract:

    The heat generation of highspeed angular contact ball bearing is mainly due to the friction between roller and raceway when rotating at high speed,the rotating speed,load,materials and lubrication condition are the main influence factors. According to the calculation model of rolling bearing heat generation,the heat generation of high speed angular contact ball bearing B7005 with spacecraft is calculated based on computing platform MATLAB.Then,the temperature field simulation analysis is studied based on ANSYS platform. Finally,comparing the results of the two methods,the analysis shows that the finite element analysis results are close to the theoretical calculation. It verifies that the temperature field simulation analysis method has high reliability,and it is the important foundation of the hotstructure coupling and life analysis.
