    摘要:

    基于路感产生的机制,对转向系统进行模块化设计,集负载敏感平衡阀与转向器于一体,减小驾驶员施加在方向盘上的操纵力进而减轻其劳动强度。利用AMESim的HCD模块分别对普通车辆转向系统和全液压负载敏感平衡转向系统进行仿真建模,对比分析仿真结果,验证负载敏感转向系统的动态特性。搭建试验台架进行不同转向负载、不同方向盘转速条件的试验研究,对比试验数据,分析其转向特性,验证仿真模型的准确性。

    Abstract:

    Based on the mechanism of road sense,the modular design of steering system was studied,by which loadsensitive balance valve and steering gear were integrated,reducing the steering wheel control force imposed by driver and decreasing physical labor.HCD module of AMESim was used to simulate and model the common steering system and loadsensitive balancing valve steering system respectively.The dynamic characteristics of the loadsensitive steering system were verified by comparing and analyzing them.Setting up a testbed for experimental research under different steering load,different steering wheel speed conditions,the experimental data and simulation results were compared,its steering characteristics were analyzed,the accuracy of the simulation model was verified.
