    摘要:

    针对台秤承重架人工焊接定位难、焊接错位和偏移及效率低下等问题,设计一台承重架组件自动焊接设备,主要由自动上下料装置、固定板焊接工位、架耳焊接工位和底掌焊接工位及输送线等组成。自动上下料装置将大架自动放置在输送线,在第一焊接工位完成固定板的焊接,输送带将工件输送到第二焊接工位自动完成两架耳的焊接,然后在第三焊接工位完成底掌的焊接,最后自动码料出生料,整个过程无需人工介入。该设备已应用到实际生产中,通过对比改造前后的数据发现,员工人数从5人减少至1人,生产节拍从60 s/件降低至10 s/件,次品率从21‰大幅度下降至3‰,各项技术指标较好

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of difficult manual positioning, misalignment and low efficiency, an automatic welding production equipment for the loadbearing frame was designed. It was mainly composed of automatic loading and unloading device, fixed plate welding station, frame welding station, bottom palm welding station and conveying line. The large frame was placed on the conveying line automatically by the automatic loading and unloading device, and the fixed plate was welded at the first welding station. The conveyor belt conveyed the workpiece to the second welding station, the two ears were welded automatically, then bottom palm was welded at the third welding station, finally the whole process was completed. The equipment was built to verify the feasibility in practice, the detailed experimental data were proposed. The number of employees has been reduced from 5 to 1, and the production tact has been reduced from 60 s/piece to 10 s/piece, and the defective rate has dropped significantly from 21‰ to 3‰. The technical indicators are good.
