    摘要:

    分析空调器中的零部件换热器用T2M内齿形管胀管加工关键技术,使用机械胀管加工工艺对T2M管进行胀扩,使T2M铜管与铝箔翅片紧密接触,有效地进行热交换。普通胀管后T2M内径加大,相应的横截面积也增大,体积等同情况下,管的长度尺寸就会补偿横截的加大面积,铜管长度就会收缩。研究的装备对工件上端铜管用锁紧结构锁紧,下端U形座采用下拉式反锁机构固定,保证换热器铜管长度不收缩,并且可同时进行180︒旋转双向加工杯型口,整套换热器减少T2M铜管用量5%左右。

    Abstract:

    The expansion tube processing key technology of the T2M internal tooth tube of air conditioner component heat exchanger was analyzed.The T2M tube is expanded by the mechanical expansion tube processing,so that the T2M copper tube is in close contact with the aluminum foil fin,and the heat exchange is performed efficiently.After common inflation,the inner diameter of T2M is increased,and the corresponding cross-sectional area is also increased.When the volume is equal,the length dimension of the tube will compensate the increased area of the cross-section,and the length of the copper tube will shrink.A equipment was researched,in which the copper pipe upper end of the workpiece was locked by using the locking structure,and the lower U-shaped seat was fixed by the pull-down type anti-locking mechanism to ensure that the length of the copper tube of the heat exchanger was not contracted.At the same time,the cup-shaped port of the two-way working position can be simultaneously rotated by 180°.The material amount of T2M copper tubes in the entire heat exchanger reduces by about 5%.
