    摘要:

    针对铁塔构件尺寸检测采用人工样板比对判别的现状,依据铁塔构件冲孔的加工过程,设计了钢联合生产线铁塔构件检测控制系统。首先通过分析铁塔构件冲孔加工过程,确定了控制系统总体结构框图;其次给出了控制系统程序流程图,编写了控制单元和串口通信的程序;最后对设计的控制系统进行了测试。结果表明该控制系统能够完成铁塔构件图像自动采集与不匹配时自动报警的工作,降低了工人手动采集的工作量,便于与铁塔构件尺寸检测系统配合使用,对于促进钢联合生产线实现铁塔构件尺寸自动化检测有一定的参考价值。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the present situation of using artificial template comparison to judge the dimensions of steel tower components,and according to the punching process of the steel tower components,the detection and control system for the steel tower components in steel joint production line was designed.By analyzing the principle of punching process of steel tower components,the overall structure of the control system was determined.The diagram of software system was given,and the program of control unit and serial port communication was written.The control system was tested and analyzed.The results show that the designed control system can accomplish the automatic collection and alarm of the dimension detection of steel tower components when they do not match.So the workload of workers is greatly reduced and it is convenient to cooperate with the detection system of steel tower components,which has certain reference value for promoting enterprises to realize the automatic acquisition detection of steel tower components.
