    摘要:

    通过对某POF三辊连轧管机组液压压下位置控制系统的分析,重新定义负载压力、负载流量和泄漏流量,推导出液压缸活塞杆外伸、内缩时传递函数模型。为对称阀控非对称液压缸模型的建立提供理论依据。连轧机压下系统精度要求高,受实际环境影响,存在一定非线性。为满足控制参数能根据外界环境自动调整的要求,设计了模糊自整定PI控制器,仿真结果证明该控制器能满足系统要求。

    Abstract:

    Based on the analysis of the position control system of hydraulic screw down for a POF three-roll pipe mill, the load pressure, load flow and leakage flow are redefined, and the transfer function model of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is deduced when the piston rod is extended and contracted.A theoretical basis was provided for the establishment of symmetrical valve-controlled asymmetrical hydraulic cylinder mode.The screw down system of tandem rolling mill was required of high precision, which was affected by the actual environment and had certain non-linearity. In order to satisfy the automatic adjustment of control parameters according to the external environment, a fuzzy self-tuning Proportion Integration (PI) controller was designed. Through simulation experiments,it is proved that the system requirements are satisfied by the controller.
