    摘要:

    为了研究小型风洞瞬时放气的工作性能,通过数值计算和试验对风洞的放气特性进行研究。建立了风洞放气模型,并进行了数值计算,结果表明:在声速放气过程中,容器内压力以指数方式减小,风洞出口质量流量梯度较大;在亚声速放气时,容器内压力以近似二次曲线减小,风洞出口质量流量近似线性减小。在风洞试验段内设置试验模型进行放气试验研究,试验结果与数值计算结果吻合良好,验证了数值计算的正确性。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the working performance of instantaneous venting in a small wind tunnel,the venting characteristics of the wind tunnel were studied through numerical calculation and experiment. The venting model of the wind tunnel was established for numerical calculation. The results show that the pressure in the vessel decreases exponentially and the mass flow gradient in the wind tunnel outlet is large in the process of sound velocity venting; the pressure in the vessel decreases in an approximate quadratic curve and the mass flow in the outlet of the wind tunnel decreases linearly in the process of subsonic venting process. The experimental model was set up in the wind tunnel test section and the venting test was carried out. The experimental results agree well with the numerical results, which verify the correctness of the numerical calculation.
