    摘要:

    针对钛合金薄壁件切削加工弹性变形大、加工精度低的问题,使用ANSYS 150有限元软件建立了两种采用不同辅助支撑方式的弯曲薄壁零件模型,分析了不同辅助支撑方式下的加工变形;对两种辅助支撑和无辅助支撑下铣削加工的仿真结果进行了对比,有效验证了辅助支撑对加工变形的抑制作用,并对两种不同辅助支撑所引起的加工变形量的改变进行了研究,为不同加工精度、粗糙度要求的弯曲薄壁件辅助支撑方式的选择提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of large elastic deformation and low precision in cutting process of titanium alloy thinwalled parts,two models of bending thinwalled parts with different auxiliary support modes were established by using ANSYS 150 finite element software.The processing deformations under different auxiliary support modes were analyzed,and the simulation results of milling under two kinds of auxiliary support and without auxiliary support were compared.The restraining effect of auxiliary support on machining deformation was verified,and the change of machining deformation caused by two different kinds of auxiliary support was studied.It provides reference for the selection of auxiliary support modes for thinwalled bending parts with different machining accuracy and roughness requirements.
