    摘要:

    为有效地完成斜轴式马达的噪声研究,有必要对马达噪声进行准确测量,为此设计出一种斜轴式马达噪声级测试采集系统。测试过程中将斜轴式马达置于半消声室内,与液压系统加载端隔离,有效排除实验过程中其他液压元件噪声源的干扰。在LabVIEW软件平台下完成对系统压力及电机转速的调定,并实现系统压力、流量、转速转矩及温度等参数的在线采集,同时在LabShop软件下完成对斜轴式马达声场数据的采集、储存、CPB与FFT分析显示。测试结果有效性得到验证,能够对目标频率段的噪声总量进行统计,同时可得到峰值噪声对应的频率点。

    Abstract:

    In order to effectively study the noise of obliqueaxis plunger motor, it is necessary to accurately measure the noise of the motor. Therefore, a measurement and acquisition system for the noise level of obliqueaxis plunger motor was designed. During the test process, the obliqueaxis plunger motor was placed in the semianechoic chamber, and isolated from the loading end of the hydraulic system. So the interference of noise sources from other hydraulic components was effectively eliminated. The adjustment of the system pressure and motor speed could be completed on LabVIEW software platform, and the system pressure, flow, speed, torque and temperature parameters could be acquired online. Meanwhile, the acquisition, storage, CPB and FFT analysis and display of sound field data of obliqueaxis motor were completed in the LabShop software.The test results effectiveness was validated. The measurement and acquisition system for the noise level of obliqueaxis motor can be used to count the total amount of noise in the target frequency band, and get the corresponding frequency points of peak noise.
