    摘要:

    为了获取某型面复杂且具有配合精度要求的链轨节实体模型,对其实体模型重构方法进行研究。运用遗传算法优化的BP神经网络修补点云孔洞,通过精确曲面创建得到的链轨节实体模型不能满足销轴孔和螺栓孔的配合精度要求。提出了在Geomagic Design X软件中,基于面片草图拟合约束对精度要求较高的两类孔进行参数化修正,完成该链轨节实体模型重构。通过分析点云数据与实体模型的偏差,验证了利用该建模方法能够获得满足精度要求的链轨节实体模型,对具有相似特征零件的模型重构具有借鉴意义。

    Abstract:

    In order to obtain a solid model of a chain link with complex profiles and matching accuracy requirements, the reconstruction method for the solid model was studied. The BP neural network optimized by a genetic algorithm was used to repair the holes in the point cloud, but the solid model of the chain link created by using the accurate curved surface did not meet the matching precision requirements of pin shaft holes and bolt holes. In Geomagic Design X software, parametric correction of two types of holes with higher precision requirements was proposed based on the fitting constraints of patch sketches, and the solid model of the chain link was reconstructed. By analyzing the deviation between the point cloud data and the solid model, it is verified that the modeling method can be used to obtain the chain link solid model that meets the accuracy requirements, which has reference significance for model reconstruction of parts with similar features
