    摘要:

    采用CFD方法对轴端进油,轴侧分别开单孔、双孔、四孔的轴侧进油等4种常见离心轴进油结构进行了阻力特性及压力脉动特性分析。研究结果表明:随离心轴转速增大,轴端进油结构的总压损减小且不会出现较大压力脉动;而轴侧进油结构则与此相反,其总压损与压力脉动幅值均会随转速升高而增大,但是随着轴侧开孔数的增加,其总压损以及压力脉动幅值均有所下降。从阻力特性和压力脉动特性来看,轴端进油结构更具优势,推荐在离合器的润滑设计中优先使用该结构形式

    Abstract:

    CFD method was used to analyze flow resistance and pressure pulsation characteristics of four common centrifugal shaft inlet structures, such as the axial end oil inlet, single hole radial oil inlet, double holes radial oil inlet and four holes radial oil inlet. The research results show that with the increase of rotating speed of the centrifugal shaft, the total pressure loss of the axial end oil inlet structure decreases and the pressure pulsation is insignificant, while the total pressure loss and pressure pulsation amplitude of the radial oil inlet structure increase with the increase of rotating speed, but with the increase of the number of radial oil inlet holes, the total pressure loss and pressure pulsation amplitude decrease. From the perspective of flow resistance and pressure pulsation characteristics, the axil end oil inlet structure has more advantages and it is recommended in the clutch lubrication design
