    摘要:

    根据电火花线切割与数控加工的特点,设计并开发了一种开放式电火花线切割数控系统,使得开放式体系结构控制(OAC)能够应用于电火花线切割。电火花线切割机床与数控铣床在进给运动方面相似,但在控制策略上存在差异。为了解决OAC与电火花线切割之间的不兼容问题,提出了一种由同步内核和数控功能模块组成的电火花线切割开放式数控模型;设计了一种精确的非均匀有理B样条插值函数,将其应用于现有的商业电火花线切割系统中,并在该系统中加入一个非均匀有理B样条插值器,进行了系统功能的集成测试。试验结果验证了上述方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    According to the characteristics of wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM) and computerized numerical control(CNC) machining, an open WEDM CNC system was designed and developed to make open architecture control (OAC) apply to WEDM. WEDM machines are similar to CNC milling machines in feed movement, but there are differences in control strategies. In order to solve the problem of incompatibility between OAC and WEDM, an open CNC model of WEDM was proposed, which was composed of synchronous kernels and CNC functional modules. An accurate non-uniform rational B-spline interpolation function was designed and applied to the existing commercial WEDM system. A nonuniform rational B-spline interpolator was added into the system, and the integrated test of system functions were carried out. The experiment results verify the validity of the above method
