    摘要:

    为解决由于曲面光照不均而导致的获取管道焊缝图像亮度差异较大、特征不清晰等问题,提出一种快速稳定的焊缝图像拼接方法。基于传统加速稳健特征(SURF)的图像拼接算法,在特征描述环节,用局部差异二值(LDB)描述子描述特征点区域,相较于传统描述子降低了特征维度;结合LDB描述子,构建特征点与相邻特征点的约束信息,利用局部结构信息进行多特征点同时匹配代替单一特征点匹配方法,提高匹配稳定性。试验结果表明:该方法有效提高了管道焊缝图像拼接的快速性和成功率,拼接效率约是SURF算法的1.8倍,拼接成功率约是SURF算法的1.3倍。该方法在其他图像拼接领域也具有一定应用价值

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems caused by uneven illumination of the curved surface, such as large brightness difference and unclear feature of pipeline weldimage, a fast and stable weld image mosaic method was proposed.Based on the image mosaic algorithm with traditional speeded up robust features(SURF), in the feature description link, the local difference binary(LDB) descriptor was used to describe the feature point area, by which the feature dimension is reduced compared with the traditional descriptor.Combined with LDB descriptor, the constraint information of feature points and adjacent feature points was constructed. The local structure information was used to match multifeature point simultaneously to replace the single feature point matching method to improve the matching stability.The experimental results show that the method effectivelyimproves the speed and success rate of pipeline weld image mosaic. The efficiency of the mosaic is about 1.8 times of SURF algorithm, and the success rate of the mosaic is about 1.3 times of SURF algorithm.The method also has certain application value in other image mosaic fields
