    为实现盾构机盾尾间隙的自动测量,通过对盾构机盾尾间隙空间结构的分析,提出一种基于盾尾间隙空间结构的视觉测量方法。利用激光线标记盾尾间隙并通过工业相机获取盾尾间隙图片,运用数字图像处理技术在视觉库OpenCV中实现非接触式地测量盾尾间隙。以直径为6 m的盾构机为原型,设计、制作了测量部分的盾尾间隙模型,开发了基于Qt的PC客户端软件。多次测量实验结果表明:采用该方法得到的测量值与人工测量值的误差小于±2 mm,达到了设计要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the automatic measurement of the shield tail clearance of the shield machine, a visual measurement method based on the space structure of the shield tail clearance was proposed by analyzing the space structure of the shield tail clearance of the shield machine. The shield tail clearance was marked by using the laser line and the picture of the shield tail clearance was obtained by using industrial camera, and then the noncontact measurement of the shield tail clearance was realized by using the digital image processing technology in the visual library OpenCV. Shield machine with a diameter of 6 m was used as the prototype to design and fabricate the shield tail clearance model of measuring part, and the PC client software based on Qt was developed. The results of multiple measurements show that the error between the measured value obtained by using the method and the manual measured value is less than ±2 mm, which meets the design requirements.
