    摘要:

    以自行设计的14 t连续驱动摩擦焊机主轴结构为研究对象,应用有限元分析软件对主轴进行多工况下的静动态相关特性研究。在静态特性方面,运用ANSYS的子模型分析技术研究主轴多工况下的刚度、强度与疲劳等静力学特性。与传统研究方法相比较,该方法提高了求解效率与精度。基于此,对焊机主轴结构设计的合理性进行验证。在动态特性方面,对主轴约束模式下的前6阶固有频率进行计算,与临界转速对比后,验证了主轴设计的安全性。

    Abstract:

    The selfdesigned spindle structure of 14 t continuous driven friction welding machine was taken as the research object. The finite element analysis software was used to study the static and dynamic correlation characteristics of the spindle under multiple working conditions. In terms of static characteristics, the submodel analysis technique of ANSYS was used to study the static characteristics of the spindle under multiple working conditions, such as stiffness, strength and fatigue. Compared with traditional research methods, the efficiency and accuracy were improved by using this method. Based on this, the rationality of the design of the welding machine spindle structure was verified. In terms of dynamic characteristics, the first six natural frequencies under the spindle constrained mode were calculated, and the safety of the spindle design was verified after compared with the critical speed.
