    摘要:

    为研究张紧器对同步带传动噪声的影响规律,在分析张紧器对同步带传动噪声影响的基础上,针对ZA型汽车同步带,基于声阵列测量原理设计了三轮一带噪声试验装置,开展相同试验条件下三轮同步带传动系统与两轮同步带传动系统噪声试验。通过噪声试验得到了噪声声压分布云图和幅频特性曲线,得出张紧器对同步带传动噪声的影响规律。结果表明:张紧器能够有效地避免同步带共振情况的发生,安装张紧器后三轮一带传动系统噪声幅值比不安装张紧器的幅值高3 dB。研究结果为发动机正时传动系统的减振降噪提供了依据

    Abstract:

    In order to study the influence rule of the tensioner on the transmission noise of the synchronous belt, on the premise of theoretical analysis of the influence of the tensioner on the transmission noise of the synchronous belt,a threepulley onebelt noise test device was designed for the ZA type automobile synchronous belt based on the principle of acoustic array measurement. The noise tests of the synchronous belt transmission system with and without the tensionier were carried out under the same experimental conditions. The noise pressure distribution nephogram and amplitude-frequency characteristic curve were obtained by noise tests, and the influence rule of the tensioner on the transmission noise of the synchronous belt was obtained.The results show that the tensioner can effectively avoid the occurrence of synchronous belt resonance.The noise amplitude of the threepulley onebelt drive system with tensioner is 3 dB higher than that without tensioner. It provides a basis for vibration and noise reduction of the engine timing transmission system.
