    摘要:

    为解决人工手动方式装配调整接头组件生产效率低且操作存在安全隐患的问题,开发了一种基于PLC控制的调整接头组件自动装配系统。介绍了调整接头组件的组成和装配方法,阐述了该自动装配系统的总体结构、功能和自动装配流程。以西门子S7-200 SMART PLC为控制核心,人机界面作为人与系统之间的交互桥梁,以电气传动和气压传动作为动力,完成了电气控制系统的硬件选型和软件编程设计。采用该系统,实现了调整接头组件高效率、高质量、安全的自动装配

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of low production efficiency and hidden safety in manual assembly, an automatic assembly system for adjustmentjoint assembly was developed based on programmable logical controller(PLC).The composition and assembly method for the adjustmentjoint assembly were introduced, and the overall structure, function and the automatic assembly process of the system were described. With SIMENS S7-200 SMART PLC as the control core, HMI as the interaction bridge between human and systems, and the electrical and pneumatic transmission as the driving force,the hardware selection and software programming design of the electrical control system were completed.By using the system, automatic assembly of adjusting joint components is realized with high efficiency, high quality and safety
