    摘要:

    介绍了一种驱动桥壳整体复合胀形装置的液压系统,其主要由油源模块、控制模块、执行机构及辅件等组成。运用电气自动程序控制实现点动、半自动、全自动控制操作,使用合理的调速、调压、换向、动作顺序及动作互锁等液压回路,满足开式泵循环系统功能需求。液压驱动外模与内模组件联合承载,由限压式变量泵、比例电磁换向阀和梭阀网络反馈油路组成负载敏感容积节流联合调速控制系统,提高系统能量利用率和综合性能,实现了九连杆机构的复合联动。结合位移、速度和压力反馈进行闭环控制,提高了系统控制精度,实现开槽加热管坯连续、稳定、可靠的弹塑性变形,得到合格的驱动桥壳半成品

    Abstract:

    The hydraulic system of the integral compound bulging device for driving axle housing was introduced, which was mainly composed of oil source module, control module, actuator and auxiliary components. Electrical automatic program control was used to realize inching, semiautomatic and fullautomatic control operations. Reasonable hydraulic circuits such as speed regulation, voltage regulation, reversal, action sequence and interlocking were used to meet the functional requirements of open pump circulation system.Hydraulic transmission was used to drive the combined loadbearing of outer mold and internal model components, and the loadsensitive volume throttle combined speedregulating control system was composed of pressure limiting variable pump, proportional electromagnetic reversing valve and shuttle valve network feedback oil circuit, by which the energy utilization and comprehensive performance of the system was improved and the compound linkage of ninebar mechanism was realized. Displacement, velocity and pressure feedback were combined for closedloop control, and the control accuracy of the system was improved; the continuous, stable and reliable elastoplastic deformation of the slotted heating tube billet was realized, and the qualified semifinished products of the drive axle housing were obtained
