    摘要:

    液压系统中,泵源客观存在固有脉动频率和回冲脉动频率,流体脉动使液压系统产生振动,影响系统的工作寿命。固有脉动频率与回冲脉动频率随着泵的转速的改变而改变。以H型二级液压消音器为研究对象,设计一种能根据泵的转速来改变结构参数并能即时衰减上述2种脉动频率的二级随动液压消音器。结果表明:该二级随动液压消音器能够同时对两种脉动频率进行衰减,且运动轨迹符合线性关系,具有易控的特点。

    Abstract:

    In the hydraulic system, the pump source has natural pulsation frequency and backwash pulsation frequency objectively. Fluid pulsation can cause the hydraulic system vibration, which affects the working life of the system. The natural pulsation frequency and the backwash pulsation frequency can change with the change of the pump rotation speed. The Htype twostage hydraulic silencer was taken as the research object, a twostage followup hydraulic silencer was designed by which the structure parameters were changed according to the pump rotation speed and the above two pulsation frequencies could be attenuated in real time.The results show that the twostage followup hydraulic silencer can attenuate the two pulsation frequencies at the same time,and the motion trajectory is in line with the linear relationship. It has the characteristic of easy control.
