    摘要:

    介绍了干法制粒机的工作原理,设计了该机的液压系统和控制系统。对油泵电机采用变频调速和分段控制策略,降低了液压系统压力波动幅度;通过增加后压油缸和对压辊位移进行PID闭环控制,保证了两压辊的平行度;采用485现场总线和USS协议实现了PLC对多台变频器的启停控制和信息采集;设计了具有配方存储和审计追踪功能的触摸屏界面。经实际生产使用,该设备性能稳定,运行状况良好,具有较高性价比,市场前景广阔。

    Abstract:

    The working principle of the dry granulator was introduced, and the hydraulic system and the control system were designed. The pressure fluctuation amplitude of the hydraulic system was reduced by adopting the variable frequency speed regulation and the subsection control strategy for the oil pump motor. The parallelism of the two rollers was ensured by adding the post-pressure cylinder and PID closed-loop control of the roller displacement. The 485 field bus and the USS protocol were used to realize the PLC start-stop control and the information acquisition of multiple frequency converters. The touch screen interface with the recipe storage and the audit tracking function was designed. The practical production shows that the equipment has stable performance, good operation, high performance cost ratio and broad market prospects.
