    摘要:

    齿轮机构是现代机械中应用最广泛的一种传动机构。由于齿轮传动的精度要求很高,对齿轮的参数测量就显得尤为重要。针对三坐标测量机测量齿轮误差时,仍旧只进行单项误差项目的测量,测量过程复杂,测量效率偏低等问题。提出一种无需三坐标测量机的齿轮模块就快速测量齿轮齿形参数的方法,以3214M40F带轮为例,通过对齿轮轮廓的精确测量,获得齿廓数据;同时从运动精度、工作平稳性、侧隙三个方面的评定指标中选择具有代表性的2个误差项目:齿圈径向跳动和齿形误差,根据各误差项目的定义,确定正确的算法。然后借助Autocad等软件,根据三坐标测量机测得的齿轮的理论轮廓数据获得齿轮齿廓并进行拟合,再计算出相应的齿轮误差。为齿轮误差的测量提供了一种全新的方法,快速、准确、操作简单、人工干预少,明显地提高了测量的精度求解。

    Abstract:

    Gear mechanism is the most widely used transmission mechanism in modern machinery. Because of the high accuracy of gear transmission, the measurement of gear parameters is particularly important. When measuring the gear deviation by using the coordinate measuring machine(CMM), only a single item of deviation is measured. The process of measurement is complex and the efficiency of measurement is low. A fast method for measuring teeth profile parameters without the gear module of the CMM is presented in this paper. Taking the 3214M40F gear as an example, the data of teeth profile were obtained through accurate measurement of the profile of the gear. At the same time, two representative deviation items were selected from three aspects of motion accuracy, working stability and side gap: the radial runout and tooth profile deviation of the gear ring. The correct algorithm was determined according to the definition of deviation items. With the help of MATLAB and Origin, the gear profile was drawn and fitted according to the theoretical contour data of the gear measured by the CMM. The corresponding gear deviation was calculated. This paper provides a new method for measuring gear deviation, which is fast, accurate, simple and less manual intervention. The accuracy of the measurement was greatly improved.
