    摘要:

    随着物联网技术的快速发展,各种自动化监测系统得到了广泛的应用。无线传感网络作为监测系统的主要技术手段,其自身的节点运行状态对系统的可靠性有着直接的影响。因此,为了对无线传感器网络节点故障进行精确和快速的诊断,提出了一种基于改进蛙跳算法的无线传感网络节点故障诊断方法。首先对无线传感器网络节点结构和故障分类体系进行了分析。然后对传统的BP小波神经网络方法进行分析,并采用蛙跳算法进行了优化,从而克服了局部搜索陷入问题。仿真实验结果显示:相比BP小波神经网络方法,提出方法具有更高的可靠性和准确性。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of Internet of Things, various automated monitoring systems have been widely used. As the main technical means of the monitoring system, the node operating state of the wireless sensor network has a direct impact on the reliability of the system. Therefore, in order to diagnose the faults of wireless sensor network nodes accurately and quickly, a fault diagnosis method of wireless sensor network based on improved frog leaping algorithm was proposed. First, the wireless sensor network node structure and fault classification system were analyzed. Then, the traditional BP wavelet neural network method was adopted, and the frog leaping algorithm was used to optimize it, so as to overcome the problem of local search into the problem. Simulation results show that the proposed method has higher reliability and accuracy than those of the BP wavelet neural network method.
