    摘要:

    对碳酸盐岩储层深井、超深井钻井进行了动载破岩机制研究,设计了应力波辅助破岩工具。使用ABAQUS进行了数值模拟,得出影响破岩效率的因素和规律,并依据该规律进行工具参数优化。通过实验,验证了该工具的可靠性和实用性,对应力波辅助破岩工具的参数设计及配套工艺提供了重要参考。将应力波辅助破岩工具单元与减振器单元融合,可适用于多种复杂地层钻井作业,尤其适用于泥岩夹火成岩层地层、砾石层夹层等软硬交替地层钻井作业,能够提高机械钻速和丼深质量,延长破岩工具的使用寿命,具有很好的应用前景

    Abstract:

    Dynamic load rock breaking mechanism in deep and ultra deep wells of carbonate reservoir was studied, and stress wave assisted rock breaking tool was designed. Numerical simulation was carried out by using ABAQUS, and the factors and rules affecting rock breaking efficiency were obtained, and the tool parameters were optimized according to the rules. The reliability and practicability of the tool were verified through experiments, which provided an important reference for the parameter design and matching technology of the stress wave assisted rock breaking tool. The stress waveassisted rock breaking tool unit was combined with the shock absorber unit, which applied to drilling operations in various complex formations, especially in softhard alternating formations such as mudstoneigneous formations and gravel interbeds. It can improve the penetration rate and depth quality, prolong the service life of rock breaking tools, and has good application prospects
