    摘要:

    针对现有磁流变阻尼器功耗大、输出阻尼力低的问题,以磁流变阻尼器的低功耗化及轻量化为优化目标,建立磁流变阻尼器结构参数与优化目标之间的关系模型;采用多目标遗传算法对其结构参数进行优化,得出最优解;对优化后的磁流变阻尼器进行试验研究,验证所选参数的合理性。研究结果表明:优化后磁流变阻尼器的平均功耗降低了46%、最大阻尼力增加了30%;磁流变阻尼器的功耗与阻尼力之间存在相互平衡关系,为磁流变阻尼器的参数设计提供了理论和实验依据。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of high power consumption and low output damping force of magnetorheological (MR) dampers, the relationship model between structural parameters and optimization objectives of MR dampers was established by taking the low power consumption and light weight of MR damper as the optimization objectives; multiobjective genetic algorithm was used to optimize the structural parameters, and the optimal solution was obtained; the experimental study of the optimized MR damper was carried out to verify the rationality of the selected parameters. The results show that the average power consumption of the MR damper is reduced by 46% and the maximum damping force is increased by 30%; there is a mutual equilibrium relationship between the power consumption and the damping force of the MR damper. It provides theoretical and experimental basis for the parameter design of the MR damper.
