    摘要:

    为从根本上消除困油现象,提出一种新型弦线转子泵,将齿面间的滑动摩擦转变为齿面与滚子间的滚动摩擦。通过FLUENT软件的动网格技术、RNG k-ε模型对转子泵进行流场分析,得到弦线转子泵内部不同时刻的压力分布云图、速度分布云图。经分析发现,该弦线转子泵运动平稳,能在一定程度上降低噪声,满足生产需求。

    Abstract:

    In order to eliminate the phenomenon of trapped oil,a new type of chord rotor pump was proposed,which could transform sliding friction between tooth surfaces into rolling friction between tooth surfaces and rollers. The flow field of the chord rotor pump was analyzed by using the dynamic grid technology of FLUENT software and RNG k-ε model,the pressure and velocity distribution nephograms within the chord rotor pump at different times were obtained.The analysis results show that the chord rotor pump moves smoothly and can reduce noise to a certain extent, it meets the needs of production.
