    摘要:

    某型号多功能半挂轿运车在中位举升过程中存在举升吃力、卡顿不平顺现象。为改善其举升性能、提高举升效率,采用后推连杆组合式举升机构代替现有的后举升机构,并对2种举升机构进行了运动学仿真与有限元分析。结果表明:采用后推连杆组合式举升机构,轿运车举升过程更省力、平顺,并且关键部件的受力显著改善,降低了所需要的油缸推力。通过样车举升试验,进一步验证了新结构的合理性。

    Abstract:

    There is lifting difficulty and uneven phenomenon in the middle lifting process of a multifunction semitrailer car transporter. In order to improve the lifting performance and efficiency, the back push rod assembly lifting mechanism was used to replace the existing back lifting mechanism, and the kinematics simulation and finite element analysis of the two lifting mechanisms were carried out.The results show that the lifting process of the car transporter is laborsaving and smooth by using the back push rod assembly lifting mechanism,the stress on the key components is declined,and the required oil cylinder thrust is reduced.The rationality of the new structure is further verified by the lifting test of the sample vehicle.
