Abstract:Proportional solenoid valve is the key element of oil pressure control of clutch hydraulic cylinder,which has a profound impact on the performance of DCT. Taking the proportional solenoid valve controlled by DCT clutch as the research object, four physical field coupling models, such as electric field, magnetic field, hydraulic and mechanical of solenoid valve, were established by analyzing the structure and working principle of the valve,and the dynamic characteristics of the electromagnet system were analyzed by ANSYS/Maxwell. The AMESim model of solenoid valve control clutch was established based on the characteristic data of the electromagnetic force. The result of bench test is in good agreement with the simulation result,which verifies the correctness of the mathematical model and the reliability of the simulation method.This research provides theoretical support for further optimization of the solenoid valve structure and pressure control method.
