    摘要:

    针对单级剪式升降平台在工作中出现液压缸推力较大问题,建立力学模型,分析液压缸安装位置与剪叉臂铰接位置及推力的函数关系,提出采用遗传算法结合SQP法对液压缸安装位置进行优化,以推力最小为目标,在MATLAB软件中实现优化结果。结果表明:此法比传统遗传算法液压缸推力减小了52%,比原始方法减少了277%,证明此法有效,为同类型优化设计提供一定的参考。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of large thrust of hydraulic cylinder in the work of singlestage scissor lift platform,the mechanical model was established,and the relationship between the installation position of the hydraulic cylinder and the articulated position and thrust of the scissor arm was analyzed.The genetic algorithm combined with SQP method was put forward to optimize the installation position of the hydraulic cylinder.With the minimum thrust as the target,the optimization result was realized in MATLAB software.The results show that the thrust gotten by the this method is decreased 52% than that of the traditional genetic algorithm,while decreased 277% than that of the original method.So this method is effective,it provides certain reference for same type of optimization design.
