    摘要:

    往复压缩机故障类别繁多,而气阀故障占总故障的36%。研究往复式压缩机气阀常见的3种故障:阀片断裂、弹簧失效、阀片密封面失效;在2D90往复式压缩机上针对网状吸气阀进行故障模拟实验,通过在阀座上安装加速度传感器,采集然后分析阀座振动加速度信号的时域波形和频谱能量分布,找出故障特征信号与气阀工作状态的对应关系,为往复式压缩机气阀故障诊断提供参考。

    Abstract:

    There are many types of reciprocating compressor faults,and gas valve faults account for 36% of the total faults.Three common faults of reciprocating compressor valves were studied:valve plate breakage,spring failure,and valve seal face failure.The simulation of the mesh suction valve on the 2D90 reciprocating compressor was carried out.An acceleration sensor was installed on the valve seat,and the time domain waveform and the spectrum energy distribution of the vibration acceleration signal of the valve seat were collected and analyzed,and the corresponding relationship between the fault characteristic signal and the working state of the gas valve was found.It provides reference for the reciprocating compressor valvefault diagnosis.
