    摘要:

    提高发动机消声器品质是抑制噪声源的有效措施,计算机协同仿真是开发高性价比消声器的重要途径。在Fluent环境建立内部流场数值模型,按实际工况设置边界,仿真分析声能在腔内衰减情况;设计正交试验,在声能传递损失的基础上探求结构参数与声能衰减的一般规律,并进行结构参数的优化。研究结果表明:腔内温度场变化是影响声能衰减的主要因素,与型腔形状、穿孔管直径及长度、穿孔率、扩张比等参数相关,该试验目标消声器存在较大的优化空间。

    Abstract:

    Improving the quality of engine muffler is an effective measure to suppress noise sources.Computer cosimulation is an important way to develop costeffective muffler.In the Fluent environment,the internal flow field numerical model was established,and the boundary was set according to the actual working conditions.The attenuation of the acoustic energy in the cavity was simulated.The orthogonal experiment was designed to explore the universal law of the structural parameters and the acoustic energy attenuation based on the acoustic energy transfer loss.And the structural parameters were optimized.The research results show that the temperature field change in the cavity is the main factor affecting the attenuation of sound energy.It is related to the shape of the cavity,the diameter and length of the perforated pipe,the perforation rate and the expansion ratio.The target muffler has a large optimization space.
