    摘要:

    介绍某升船机密封框系统的构成以及工作原理。密封框系统由机械、液压装置双重保压,并用AMESim建立机液耦合仿真模型,分析弹簧刚度、油缸直径、油液温度等几个关键参数对保压特性的影响,为系统构件的选型以及后期的调试运行及故障诊断提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    The composition and working principle of a sealing frame system for a ship lift were introduced.The pressure retention of the sealing frame system was realized by mechanical and hydraulic devices.The sealing frame system mechanical and hydraulic coupling simulation model was built by using AMESim and the model was used to analyze the influence of the key factors,such as the spring stiffness,hydrocylinder diameter and oil temperature,on pressure retention characteristics.It provides reference for the selection of system components and the later debugging operation and fault diagnosis.
