Abstract:Aimed at the difficult problem of stainless steel material cutting machining, the regression orthogonal table was used to design the experiment scheme. The experiment data were analyzed by using the regression method, and the surface roughness model was established.The selection and processing of the experiment data were completed quickly and accurately by using the selfprogrammed program, and the results were analyzed.The results show that the cutting speed, feed rate and turning tool tip radius have obvious influence on surface roughness, while cutting depth has no obvious influence on surface roughness; with the increase of cutting speed and turning tool tip radius, the surface roughness decreases,while with the increase of feed rate, the surface roughness increases.
