    摘要:

    多轮多支柱起落架飞机主起落架数量较多,试验机及试验设备重力大。试验应急卸载时,能量快速释放的不协调性易对支持点结构产生较大冲击载荷,且该载荷不可控,影响试验的考核。因此研究一种载荷限定技术,该技术能够兼顾飞机试验支持以及加载的功能。对该技术的原理、实现结构以及功能进行详细阐述;通过对现有设备进行改造和组合,搭建验证平台,对载荷限定技术工作原理进行验证。验证结果表明,该技术原理完全能够满足试验要求。

    Abstract:

    The number of main landing gear for multi-wheels and multi-struts landing gear aircraft is large, and the test machine and test equipment are heavy. When the test is unloaded, the uncoordinated release of energy is easy to generate a large impact load on the support point structure, and the load is uncontrollable, which affects the assessment of the test. A load limited technology was designed,in which the aircraft test support and loading functions were taken into account. The principle, structure and functions of the technology were elaborated. By modifying and combining existing equipment, a verification platform was built to verify the working principle of the load limited technology. The verification results show that the principle of the technology can fully meet the test requirements.
