    摘要:

    为更加准确地描述高速电主轴轴承热位移和预紧力对其摩擦力矩的影响,建立角接触球轴承摩擦力矩数学模型。结合修正的拟静力学理论建立轴承受力平衡方程,分析轴承热位移和预紧力对轴承摩擦力矩的影响规律。结果表明:轴承热位移随转速的增加而增大,在高速条件下其值较大;轴承摩擦力矩随径向热位移的增加而增加,随轴向热位移增加而缓慢增加;轴承转速越低,轴承热位移对摩擦力矩的影响越明显;轴承摩擦力矩随着轴向预紧力的增加而增加;轴承热位移和预紧力对轴承差动滑动摩擦力矩影响最大,对自旋摩擦力矩影响次之,对弹性滞后摩擦力矩的影响最弱

    Abstract:

    In order to more accurately describe the influences of highspeed motorized spindle bearings thermal displacement and preload force on its friction torque,a mathematical model of angular contact ball bearings friction torque was established.Combined with the modified quasistatics theory, the bearing stress equilibrium equation was established, and the influence rules of the bearing thermal displacement and preload force on its friction torque were analyzed.The results show that the thermal displacement of the bearing increases with the increase of the speed, and its value is large under the condition of high speed; bearing friction torque increases with the increase of radial thermal displacement and increases slowly with the increase of axial thermal displacement; the lower the bearing speed is,the greater of the bearing thermal displacement will influence on the friction torque; the friction torque of bearing increases with the increase of the axial preloadforce.Bearing thermal displacement and preload force have the greatest influence on bearing differential sliding friction torque, followed by spinning friction torque, and the least influence on elastic hysteresis friction torque
