Abstract:A flexible production line design scheme for frame parts based on discrete production organization mode was introduced. Based on the analysis and research on the structural features, manufacturability and production task characteristics of the parts in typical discrete industries such as aviation and aerospace, a flexible production line system was built to solve the common problems of low efficiency, long cycle and high cost in the development and production of discrete parts.Through the research and application of flexible production line hardware construction, I/O communication technology, process standardization, production scheduling and other intelligent manufacturing technologies, a complete set of solution ideas and methods was put forward.
